Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation of payment.
Please note that made-to-order pieces require additional time for production. Depending on the complexity of the garment, production may take up to 4 weeks before shipping.

Shipping Options & Carriers

We ship worldwide from our atelier in Spain.
Available shipping methods include Standard and Express delivery, handled by trusted carriers such as DHL, Correos, and UPS.
The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected delivery method.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 5–10 business days, depending on destination.

  • Express Shipping: Typically 2–5 business days.
    Please note that international transit times may vary due to customs clearance procedures or external delays beyond our control.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. The customer is responsible for any such fees upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s progress in real time.

Returns & Store Credit

Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our pieces, returns are not accepted.
However, we gladly offer store credit for eligible cases when requested within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us so we can assist in filing a claim.
