Preparamos el traje con las medidas que nos envías. Si no son correctas, puede que no tengamos otra talla disponible para tu fecha. El alquiler se paga completo y no se reembolsa por medidas incorrectas. Aun así, siempre buscamos una solución contigo en el atelier.We prepare the suit from the measurements you send us. If they are not correct, we may not have another size available for your date. The rental is paid in full and is not refunded for incorrect measurements. Even so, we always look for a solution with you at the atelier.

- RecogidaCollectionTe lo llevas listo. El depósito se paga en ese momento.Take it ready to wear. The deposit is paid at that point.
- DevoluciónReturnHasta 7 días después. Te devolvemos el depósito; la limpieza corre de nuestra cuenta.Within 7 days. We return your deposit; cleaning is on us.

¿Cuánto es el depósito?How much is the deposit?
El mismo importe que el alquiler. Se paga al recoger el traje y se devuelve íntegro al devolverlo en buen estado.The same amount as the rental. It is paid when you collect the suit and returned in full when you bring it back in good condition.
¿Tengo que venir al atelier?Do I need to visit the atelier?
Sí. La prueba es obligatoria, como mínimo 72 h antes del evento. Estamos en Calle Bonaire 20, en el centro de Palma.Yes. The fitting is required, at least 72 h before the event. We are at Calle Bonaire 20, in central Palma.
¿Y si llego a Palma poco antes del evento?What if I arrive in Palma shortly before the event?
Puedes reservar igualmente: preparamos el traje con las medidas que nos envías y lo probamos al llegar. Escríbenos antes y confirmamos tu talla. Si reservas con menos de 72 h y hay que ajustar el largo, el arreglo urgente cuesta 50 €.You can still book: we prepare the suit from the measurements you send and fit it when you arrive. Write to us first and we will confirm your size. If you book less than 72 h before and the length needs adjusting, the urgent alteration costs 50 €.
¿Con cuánta antelación reservo?How far ahead should I book?
Para bodas, entre dos y tres meses. Tenemos pocas unidades por talla.For weddings, two to three months. We hold few pieces per size.
¿Y la camisa y la pajarita?What about the shirt and bow tie?
Se compran, no se alquilan: son nuevas y tuyas. Puedes añadirlas a la reserva o elegirlas en la prueba, junto a corbatas, zapatos y gemelos.They are bought, not rented: new and yours to keep. Add them to your booking or choose them at the fitting, with ties, shoes and cufflinks.
¿Cuánto tiempo puedo tenerlo?How long can I keep it?
Hasta 7 días desde la recogida. A partir del octavo día, 15 € por día.Up to 7 days from collection. From the eighth day, 15 € per day.
¿Y si tengo que cancelar?What if I need to cancel?
No devolvemos el alquiler en efectivo: te damos un vale por el importe íntegro, sin caducidad, para usar en el atelier.We do not refund the rental in cash: you receive a voucher for the full amount, with no expiry, to use at the atelier.
¿Alquiláis el traje del novio?Do you rent the groom’s suit?
Sí: esmoquin, chaqué o traje negro, ajustados en el atelier. Y si prefieres que sea tuyo para siempre, lo hacemos a medida en cuatro a seis semanas.
