JOHN BLOND — RENTAL SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

A reservation is confirmed only upon full payment of the rental amount. Without payment, there is no guaranteed reservation. John Blond does not reserve garments pending payment.

The security deposit is paid at the time of garment collection, once adjusted, not at the time of reservation. The deposit is equivalent to the rental amount and is fully refunded once it has been confirmed that the garment has been returned in good condition and within the agreed timeframe.

RENTAL SERVICE

John Blond provides the garments indicated in the order to the customer, subject to availability in the requested size.

Alterations: Rental garments are standard stock items. The trousers are adjusted in length for each customer. No other permanent alterations are made.

Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute with the closest available size to ensure the best possible fit.

MANDATORY FITTING

The customer must visit the atelier at least 72 hours before the event for a fitting and alteration. Without a prior fitting within the established timeframe, the garment's fit cannot be guaranteed. John Blond is not responsible for incidents related to sizing when the fitting has not been carried out within this period.

HOME DELIVERY SERVICE

We offer home delivery and collection service for a cost of 80 euros (round trip). Delivery is coordinated directly with the atelier. The customer is responsible for being available at the agreed address within the agreed time slot.

RENTAL PERIOD AND RETURN

The maximum rental period is 7 calendar days from collection or delivery. Delays in return will be charged at a rate of 15 euros per day starting from the eighth day. After an additional 5 days without return, the full replacement cost of the garment will be charged.

CANCELLATIONS

The rental amount is not refundable in cash under any circumstances. In case of cancellation —regardless of the notice period, including flight cancellation, illness, change of plans, or other circumstances beyond John Blond's control— a store credit for the full rental amount will be issued, valid for any purchase at the atelier with no expiry date.

The security deposit is fully refunded if the garment is not delivered to the customer.

DAMAGE AND LOSS

Any damage that prevents the garment from being rented again will be deducted from the deposit or charged to the customer, according to the atelier's assessment. In case of loss or irreparable damage, the customer will be charged the full replacement cost of the garment. Damage due to improper use or stains of unknown origin are not covered by the deposit.

LIABILITY

John Blond is not responsible for transportation costs, travel expenses, or any other indirect costs arising from the rental or fitting process, except for the explicitly contracted delivery service.

VAT AND INVOICING

All prices include current Spanish VAT (21%). If you require a formal invoice, please indicate this at the time of payment and provide your DNI/NIE or CIF.
